Measuring Eye Bolts
When ordering standard eye bolts, it’s best to document the specified specs including eye diameter, shank size, thread measurement and thread length. Use the picture beneath for eye bolt measurement reference.
Customizing Eye Bolts
For thread lengths exceeding 18″, Suncor Stainless gives custom eye bolts to fit your desired specs.
Custom eye bolts are only offered in grade 316 stainless steel and with a completely threaded shoulder. Suncor will decide the eye dimension wanted to match the thread size you specify and might be welded onto the threaded rod. There are seven thread sizes to select from, starting from 1/4″ to 1″. Eye bolts are supplied with a washer and nut.
