Hi Mark,Yes, you would elevate the handlebars by fitting an adjustable stem. Here’s a link to an appropriate stem on Amazon. They are fairly easy to suit, but when you’re not comfortable doing it yourself a local bike store may do it. The job takes less than 10 minutes.

Has anyone had any points with the motor burning out. Mine has burnt out after about 100 miles.
Hence now I am looking for a alternative motor electric bike ESC if anybody can offer me any help

It’s unusual for Bafang hub motors to burn out so shortly unless they’re over-volted. I’ve coated simply over a hundred miles on mine with plenty of off-road riding (with heavy rider) and it’s still going sturdy. It might be the planetary gears contained in the motor. I might contact Eskute as it will likely be underneath warranty. You should buy alternative Bafang motors off eBay and the planetary gears.
Hello, did you find the bike a little bit “under geared”? I had a distinct make and mannequin which just ran out of gears at about 15mph on the flat.

Hi Scott,
Yes it’s a bit below geared, it didn’t trouble me too much as a result of it’s very hilly where I reside but when you reside in a flatter space it could be price swapping out the gear freewheel for an 11-28 – this may give a better high gear.

Not attainable to do this because its not cassette. Only other possibility is change the 40 teeth chainring to higher number
